Rapid 1-Minute Granulation | Metal Powder Transformed into Uniform 60-Mesh Granules: A Full Process Demonstration

Figure 1: Rapid 1-Minute Granulation | Metal Powder Granulator
The metal powder granulation process is as follows:
Laboratory personnel pour the metal powder into the high-intensity mixer for rapid, uniform blending. Once mixed, a binder is added to initiate granulation. After the CONELE laboratory mixing granulator runs for 5 seconds, the powder begins to agglomerate, forming the initial granule shapes. After 40 seconds, the granules grow rapidly, and by the one-minute mark, the granulation process is complete. Measurements confirm that the resulting sample meets the precise 60-mesh size standard.Microscopic inspection reveals uniform granule shapes and size distribution, while testing demonstrates excellent flowability and highly consistent quality. The CONELE laboratory mixing granulator offers high output and adjustable granule sizes; by integrating powder mixing and granulation into a single step, it doubles granulation efficiency.
