CR04 Laboratory-scale Granulator

For advanced ceramic raw materials (alumina, silicon carbide, zirconia), can the granulator ensure the uniform dispersion of ultrafine powders?

Yes. Our CO-NELE intensive granulators adopt turbulent three-dimensional mixing technology, which combines the high-speed shearing of the eccentric rotor and the all-directional stirring of the mixing pan to eliminate mixing dead ends. For ultrafine powders such as alumina, silicon carbide and zirconia, the mixing uniformity can reach more than 98%, and the ball forming rate can be as high as 98%. It effectively avoids the agglomeration of ultrafine powders, ensures the uniform dispersion of raw materials, and lays a solid foundation for the strength and wear resistance of advanced ceramic products.
