A large-scale UHPC curtain wall facade production factory in Saudi Arabia has officially entered full operation, after CO-NELE’s professional after-sales service team finished all on-site installation, calibration and commissioning work. Ultra-High Performance Concrete (UHPC) for building curtain wall facades features high fiber content, ultra-fine powder raw materials and strict requirements on mixing uniformity; uneven fiber dispersion or inconsistent raw material mixing will directly lead to defective surface, insufficient bending strength and unstable durability of finished UHPC facade panels.

Compared with traditional twin-shaft mixers, CO-NELE CMP series planetary concrete mixers adopt dual movement of revolution and rotation, eliminating dead mixing zones inside the mixing drum, realizing full-range shear and diffusion mixing for high-viscosity wet UHPC slurry. The whole conveying and mixing system adopts integrated intelligent control, realizing automatic weighing, feeding, mixing and discharging, greatly lowering manual intervention and improving production consistency of wet-mix UHPC, which adapts to long-hour continuous production under Saudi high-temperature outdoor environment.
