For concrete block, paver brick, permeable brick & decorative block manufacturing, these two mixers serve different material layers and mixing purposes, often used as a combined two-step mixing solution in high-end block production lines:

Mainly for mixing base concrete materials (cement, sand, coarse aggregate, recycled aggregate, dry-hard concrete), focusing on structural strength and overall homogeneity of block bodies.
Specially for mixing surface layer fine materials (fine powder, pigment, micro-additives), focusing on high-shear dispersion, color uniformity, granulation and surface smoothness of decorative blocks.
Adopts planetary compound motion: mixing arms rotate around their own axis (rotation) while revolving around the central vertical shaft. 360° full-coverage mixing trajectory eliminates dead zones, generating folding, compression and moderate shearing force on materials.
Adopts counter-current mixing principle: rotor and mixing pan rotate in opposite directions, forming strong turbulent flow, high-speed shearing, impact and friction on fine materials, with stronger dispersion and granulation capacity.
| Item | CMP1000 Planetary Mixer | CR15 Intensive Mixer |
|---|---|---|
| Discharge Capacity | 1000L (1m³) | 150L |
| Main Motor Power | 37kW | 22–30kW |
| Suitable Materials | Coarse aggregate, dry-hard concrete, base layer bulk materials | Fine powder, pigment, micro-additives, surface layer materials |
| Mixing Feature | High homogeneity, stable mixing for heavy aggregates, ensures block compressive strength | Ultra-fine dispersion, even pigment distribution, integrates mixing + granulation |
| Mixing Time | 60–90s for standard block base materials | 30–60s for fine surface materials |
| Main Advantages | No mixing dead zones, high production capacity, stable performance for mass base-layer mixing | High-shear mixing, excellent color consistency, improves decorative block surface quality |
| Main Limitations | Weak performance in pigment dispersion and fine granulation | Small single-batch capacity, not suitable for large-particle coarse aggregate mixing |
Separates base & surface material mixing, avoids pigment pollution to base concrete.
Improves block strength consistency and surface color uniformity.
Reduces material waste and production defect rate for high-grade concrete blocks.
