This tailor-made full-automatic concrete batching plant supplied by CO-NELE has been running continuously and stably for 7 full years at a large paving brick manufacturer in Thailand, focusing on the mass production of permeable bricks, colored paving blocks, stone-like curb bricks for local municipal road, garden and real estate supporting projects. Customized according to Thailand’s tropical high-temperature, high-humidity climate and local raw sand/aggregate characteristics, the whole production line adopts double-layer separate mixing craft: base concrete + colored surface mortar, with core equipped with CO-NELE CMP series vertical planetary mixer to solve color difference, layering and uneven strength defects of finished paving bricks.
